What material is the best for insulating interior walls?

The material we recommend for insulating internal walls are PIR boards made of the best quality polyurethane foam. High thermal insulation parameters, including a low thermal conductivity coefficient, mean that to obtain the appropriate degree of insulation, considerably fewer layers of material should be used compared to traditional polystyrene or mineral wool. Insulating boards are a mold and fungus resistant product that does not lose their thermal insulation properties over time. In addition, it is also characterized by good sound insulation, thanks to which it does not let in sounds from the outside, which is especially important in buildings standing close to a busy street. It is a durable material that is completely safe for both humans and the environment.
