High thermal insulation of termPIR® boards and low water absorption allow to make an insulation layer that will provide lower energy consumption needed to ensure thermal comfort inside the building. They are ideal for mounting on a trapezoidal sheet, reinforced concrete ceiling and other load-bearing flat roof substrates. An additional advantage is compatibility with a wide range of vapor barrier and waterproofing, including heat-sealable membranes.

We insulate a flat roof with the use of the highest quality PIR foam insulation boards. The material we use to insulate a flat roof is distinguished by high insulation parameters, low own weight and low water absorption.
The PIR foam used in the production of the panels allows to reduce the weight of the cover in comparison with the materials traditionally used for insulation (polystyrene, mineral wool). This has a positive effect on the construction of flat roofs, which is therefore "lightened". The lighter structure of the building also affects the final insulation price of the cover, which in this case will be lower. PIR foam absorption at a level not exceeding 2% is a guarantee of maintaining excellent thermal and moisture parameters of partitions insulated with boards. Another important advantage of insulation boards is their compatibility with a wide range of vapor and waterproofing insulation used in roof insulation. The easy and quick installation of panels that are safe for the environment and human health makes it a material that is more and more often chosen when insulating both attic and flat roofs.
The boards used for insulating flat roofs are also perfect for thermal insulation works on ballast and green roofs in the traditional system. They are also recommended for installation on trapezoidal sheets, reinforced concrete ceilings and other surfaces used in the construction of roofs. Dedicated solutions, in which the wedges are made of the same material as the insulation layer, allow to shape the designed roof slopes and at the same time maintain the uniformity of the thermal insulation layer.
